How to Add Admins to Your Quake Live Server
Managing player permissions helps you control your server, including assigning admins and banning players.
Quake Live handles this through an access.txt file.

Setting Yourself (or Others) as Admin
Log in to your Citadel Servers Control Panel and select your Quake Live server.
In the left sidebar, click on Configuration Files.
Navigate to the access.txt and click Text Editor (recommended)
Add a new entry on its own line using this format:
steamID|(mod|admin|ban)
Example:
76561198072786081|admin
76561198072786081|mod
76561198072786081|ban
Save the file after making your changes.
Go back into your game, open the console, and type:
/reload_access
Press Enter to apply the changes.
Your admin or moderation changes should now be active on your Citadel Servers Quake Live server.
