This article will tell you how to see who is on your server without being in-game.
Step 1:
Login to the Citadel Game Panel, then access your server.
Step 2:
Click on and access the Web Console
Step 3:
Type in the web console command box "c_listallplayers()" without quotation marks, this will then output all the players on your server.

Syntax:
Player number (from 1 onwards)
Player Name
Character the player is playing.
