How to Fix Your Minecraft EULA Error Print

This article will show you how to fix the eula.txt error on your Minecraft server.

 
 
 
Console Error: [Server thread/INFO]: You need to agree to the EULA in order to run the server. Go to eula.txt for more info.

Cause: When starting a server running Minecraft 1.7.10 or later you will see this error in the console when you first start your server. The latest Minecraft server now requires users to agree to the Minecraft EULA, this is easy to do and can be done by editing a single file in your server files.

Solution:

1. Login to the Game Panel (click this link for easy access) and navigate to your Minecraft server.

Make sure your server is not running by pressing the Stop button.

2. Go to the File Manager section on the left hand side panel.

3. Once there, click on the Text Editor button beside the eula.txt.

4. Read the contents of the file and ensure that you also read the Minecraft EULA which can be found at https://account.mojang.com/documents/minecraft_eula. 
 
 
5. If you agree to the EULA, change from eula=false to eula=true then press Save & Exit.

6. Head back to your Game Panel (click this link for easy access) and Start the server again.

7. Connect to your server and have fun playing!
